Expectation per dealer: Three hours for airbag recall.
Also, performed an inspection, which I did NOT ask for, and added even more time to my already long wait. Was not updated regarding the status until almost 5 hours had passed.
Not happy about bringing my car in for the second time for the same reason.

The music was way to LOUD and frankly agitating. We have been a customer for 17 years. If we didn't have to wait there for the maintenance of our vehicle, we would have left. Extremely loud Rap music would have driven us out of the showroom in minutes if we were shopping for a new car.
