New-to-me service rep Jarret was great, however I’m not sure who the mechanics behind the scenes were and certainly have concerns regarding their recommendations. There were multiple services marked in the “immediate attention required” to include engine air filter (still with lots of life when checked at home after service appointment) and “dirty” transmission fluid which was bright red and clear when checked by my very capable husband. These kinds of events make me wary of recommendations for future work.

While driving home to Bainbridge. Island I noticed a funny « hum » sound that was new, never heard previously. I turned off radio to hear better what it might be!? When I adjusted the ventilator speed, it got worse with higher speed, or air output.
I would have turned around and come right back straight away, but I had another meeting afterwards, so couldn’t do that! I’m writing you now to voice a concern about this noticeable louder fan noise than I had ever had before !
If this is something you can checkout for me I’d appreciate your attention to this new noise!

Seriously takes way too long! This time appointment was at 10:30 am. I finally left at 1:22 pm!!! I live over an hour away, so it's not like I can drop off the car.
At this rate, you need a full service gym or a nail salon!
And then there's the lack of a on-site car wash.... I am used to receiving my vehicle back all clean. I really don't want to go somewhere else to have it washed.
