Everything was great as per usual, however the cap to my oil was not placed back on the oil tank but rather on the convenient holder near the front. This caused my hood to not latch properly (which is the only reason I noticed at all) and some oil flew up onto my windshield causing it to smear when I used my wiper blades. I understand this is a fluke, hence the good review, however I just thought you should know.

My car sat at your dealership for 3 days. No one ever called me to say it was ready.I had to make several calls to find out the status. When I finally got to talk to a person rather than a voicemail they actually took the time to find out if my car was ready for pickup. You guys charged me $700 and when I got in car I discovered the job had not been completed. Now I have to spend more of my time going back to get a lousy job finished. Not happy with your service department at all.
