we had to bring the car back after a routine oil change. 5 days later and it is still smoking bad. oil was dropped all over engine. this is not the first time it has happened. we may be going elsewhere. our service with honda has been very questionable lately.

Great service advisor and very knowledgeable about certain times and mileage I was/am suppose to get services completed. Hopefully next time I get my vehicle serviced we can spend a little more time on his NATO phonetic alphabet as I recalled he stated to a gentleman B as in Bravo which is correct then proceeded to say J as in Jelly. Not sure where he got that from but proud of the kid for trying. Keep up the good work Cameron, YOU’RE GOING PLACES!
