I feel communication was lacking. Voicemail was not returned on either day that I called. I was not expecting to leave the vehicle overnight and the communication with the representative did not indicate that the first day. I tried touching base at 1400 and was only able to talk to the main operator about my status. They did not indicate that overnight was desired. The vehicle was the first one dropped off on the bay at 0530 and my appointment was one of the first of the day. The issue was also not really resolved as I still have the judder at 2000 rpm. But that's not my main issue with service. It was the total lack of communication and the time that you have to wait on the phone when the representative didn't call me back. Luke

No problem. Brett B. was articulate, understood my concerns, and did an excellent job of responding to them, in my opinion.
Please realize, however, that the real feedback, on the overall quality and adequacy of the service, is not something that can be answered now. If the problem is gone, after using the vehicle for several months in the same conditions it was experienced in, then the user can speak to the overall adequacy of the service. Since that involves high speed, (more than 65 mph), I won't be able to respond fully to the big picture question until I have used the vehicle in those conditions. I will let Brett know, if there are any problems, after that occurs.

Austin was amazing yesterday, he went above and beyond helping with my tire issue - both checking to make sure that there was, or in my case had been a nail in my tire (it had fallen out). Then he was amazing on finding me 2 tires that wouldn't cost me my entire savings acct. He definitely gets 5 ????? stars from me!
