I will contact the manager of the service department . Austin was great, but Nick Mosely essentially dismissed my concern regarding an issue with the plastic moldings that surrounds each wheel well. Fortunately another employee shared that I should contactBrett Buckingam. I plan on doing that in the near future as he was not available at the tineI was being serviced. I felt that Me. Mosley was dismissive and condescending.

Austin was courteous and helpful. Estimated time to complete work was 75-90 minutes. It took more than 135 minutes. Now...another person did comp my service, which was amazing. But I was nearly late for work. This has happened to me on several occasions. I don’t understand how things can run so late when I have an appt. What’s the point of even making an appointment? I would never take my vehicle to West Hills for maintenance if it weren’t for the fact that I’ve got the prepaid. Shenanigans nearly every time. I know it’s not Austin’s fault! It’s the business operations. It’s gone on for years. I’m fed up.
