My daughter brought the pilot in. She said everything went smoothly. This morning I stopped in because she forgot to mention that the key fob battery was dying and they changed it out with no issues. Plus didn't even make me get the grandbaby out of her carseat. Again thank you.

Austin Almaden was excellent and very personable...the area where U was dissatisfied is that when I called and ordered the interior sun visors for my car, they ordered 2 Driver side visors! I took time off from work to have them installed and after waiting for over an hour, I was informed of the error. So this will require me coming in again to have the passenger side visor installed. Austin was very empathetic and didn’t charge me for the labor which I very much appreciated! Especially since the visors had been on recall for being defective in the past and I had lost the paperwork to have them replaced under warranty. I appreciate that Austin put the customer satisfaction at the forefront.
