Again, Patrick ceases to amaze. I truly enjoy working with him to service whatever the needs of my Acura. He takes care of my vehicle as if it’s his.

Cameron did a great job on keeping me updated on how the work on my car was going.

I’m just saying there the only ones who cleaned my sun roof drain lines on an older lincoln not even a Honda within a 20 mile radius. Was done in 2 hours and the car was vacuumed after. Dude who helped me at the desk was mad chill too.

1.5 hrs for an oil change. Too long.

Mr Anthony is a really good ambassador for your business. He is courteous, quick, helpful and most of all he is a hustler. Working alone and keeping up with things so you don’t have to wait along time is rare these days! Kudos to Mr Anthony!

I was satisfied with the service of my oil change and the arrangements that was made for my transportation back to work. The agent was very helpful and professional as well.

The recall fix was completed professionally. Everyone was very kind and caring. After the multi-point inspection was done and communicated to me by Jerric (sp?) he asked if we wanted any of the additional service recommendations. I agreed to the cabin filter replacement, as I often forget to check that filter. Told dirty. . Additionally he indicated that the brake fluid was low & I agreed to have that fluid topped off. When time to pay he explained the break fluid was dirty and they did a system bleed & total fluid repl. I told him I did not agree to that! He gave me a 15% coupon discount, which made it more palatable & said we did not communicate well & Sorry. I believe I heard him clearly & feel taken advantage of. I use West Hills Honda for the more technical maintenance & my trusted local mechanic for the more routine items. West Hills has always been trusted & I’ve really enjoyed our several car purchase past relationships. I’m tuned in to the extra services offered for your extra business and am selectively careful knowing your helpfulness for safety balances with my judgment for the same along with my finances/budget. 95% very satisfied however this concern to accommodate your survey request. This 5% was disappointing. BTW ... really have enjoyed my new 2010 Honda Accord, have test drive another a couple of years ago and still prefer mine. Thanks

Jarret was courteous, helpful, and I will be asking for him as my service advisor from now on.

I came in for scheduled maintenance. After pulling up my information Patrick informed me of a recall for my Pilot and preceded to explain what that entailed. Patrick pointed out that if I had the time they could investigate if indeed my pilot was affected by the recall. I agreed and was kept up dated on the progress of recall check as well as time remaining to complete my scheduled maintenance. Professional is the word.

Cameron offered exceptional service. From being greeted by name as I got out of my car to his can-do attitude, I’m very impressed.
