My only complaint is the music permeating every area, from the obnoxiously loud music in the entrance to the service area, to the less loud, but still annoying music in the “quiet” waiting room. It is not background music, it is in-your-face music, with poor choice of selections and far too loud. Other than that, everything was quite satisfactory.

The service rep. was very nice and helpful. However, when I got my car home the car would no longer allow me to program my seat position. After many tries and going on the Honda web site I was still not able to program the seat position. Now I have to bring my car back and have it checked. Also, I had an oil change and they did not reset the oil change maintenance sensor reminder.

Darryl’s service was top notch. It is clear that he understands the importance of a satisfied customer. There were a couple of things that were upsetting to me when I went to pick up the car but he smoothed everything out so that I felt better when I left. This was not Cameron Anthony’s faultL. He was very polite and professional, but I was extremely disappointed to see that I did not get the repair I was expecting and paid for. It was my understanding when I brought my car in for a $2500 maintenance service, that the drivers seat support pedestal which had split would be completely replaced. I paid for the part and was told that I would be called as soon as the part came in. After four weeks I still have not received a phone call. We came in because my daughter wanted to purchase a car of her own so I called the service department to find out if the part had ever arrived. They told me the part was there and scheduled me to have the car repaired while we were shopping for my daughters car. When I came back I initially thought the pedestal looked new, only to discover that the minute I sat down in the drivers seat the pedestal split again! I then discovered that only the side piece of the pedestal had been replaced. This is what I paid $116 and $142 in labor for?! This was a total of $268! This is a very unreasonable price for only a small side piece that didn’t repair the split. Cameron took the car back to the repair shop and they snapped it back together, but if it splits again I will be bringing it back and will expect the entire pedestal to be replaced without any further cost. This is the first time that I have felt I was not treated fairly at West Hills, and I have purchased five vehicles now at West Hills since 2011. I have to say I am disappointed. Bringing my car to West Hills for service is not a convenience for me since I live in Sequim. I would appreciate any follow up on this particular service.
