No shuttle was provided as requested, and was also discussed with the rep upon arrival. Waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes before I got up to ask about it. Told it was only another 20 minutes to finish my work. Took another hour. Also misled on the price. Spoke too fast so I thought he said $99 after taxes. Apparently he said it was $99 plus taxes.

This was one of the greatest automobile service experiences I ever had. I was actually having a pretty rough day before I went in for service. Austin’s personability and positive attitude, the free drink, the positive attitudes of all of the staff, and the ease of getting a courtesy vehicle all turned that around.
