After we picked up the car, we had the engine die on us over 18 times before we got home. We brought the car back to WHH the next morning and a mechanic popped the hood, and quickly noticed that a hose was loosened accidently during the performance of Recall 19-030, Tahata drivers side airbag inflater. He plugged the hose back in, took the car for a quick test drive, and told us that it drives like a Honda. We totally agree. Thank you, the ride back to home was beautiful.

I always have a problem there.. Over 3 hours for a service because something always goes wrong.. Have had a problem almost every time! This was my last service with my purchase package.. I said that I would never come back! Mike the service manager has offered to comp me one more service to show me it doesn't take 3 hours and will be problem free. I'm willing to accept that offer.. would love for the next time to be just that.. Thanks By the way at Austin is terrific!

Still waiting for my callback that was due Monday...fell undone work from Thursday....from undone work from November!!!! All time low for you West Hills Honda. I’m on vacation this week. Monday when I’m back we start to spar....Facebook, Yelp, Google Business....the war is on...How dare you return my car to me more broken than when I dropped it off and seriously not bother to think I deserve a call from your management.

Cameron was friendly ,personable, yet efficient . Only complaint I have is I had my lights set up to turn off automatically , hi-beam too,but now I have to turn off my self. I’m not good with reading instructions and resetting. I know that is not Cameron’s fault but perhaps can advise those that work n cars to leave settings as customer has them.
