Jarret was by far the best service experience I’ve had with Honda. Albeit I had to wait about 3 weeks to get my car back. Jarret kept me updated with frequent phone calls as to the progress of the warranty, shipment of parts, and daily analysis of work done to the vehicle. Excellent worker whom I think should be rewarded. 10 out of 5 stars
