My car sat parked behind the building while my daughter and I waited in the showroom. I had to discover it in order to get my keys and paperwork. I had paid for the service when I arrived for pickup so I could get home quickly. I was very irritated to then have to track down a service advisor to figure it out since the one I signed in with this morning had left for the day. His customers should’ve been transferred so the keys and paperwork didn’t end up sitting on his desk for no one to see. Pretty simple fix for such an irritating inconvenience.

He was great! The repair took almost two weeks, and even though the warranty only paid for four days, he was able to give us a credit for the rental price for one of the extra days. I appreciated his effort, and his efficiency when I had to take it back in today for the same repair. It’s challenging to live a professional life without a vehicle!
