Came back after an oil consumption test. Was told my car was outside of the warranty for it to be covered. Why wasn’t I told that when I first brought the car in? Why have me go thru the oil consumption test to begin with?

We always have had great service at WH Honda. This time when we entered the office to get our service started there were several advisors working on computers. Austin was not in the office initially. We were there about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. There was one employee texting on his phone. Not sure what his role was. Mechanic possibly.
