Took a little negotiation to explain my issue was covered under warranty, but result was good. May not have been Brett's fault -- Honda's trouble issue should have brought up the 15-086 Service Bulletin I identified problem/bulletin when I brought in my CRV in. He entered it in your system, but despite tech confirmation, I'st invoice charged me -- something a less informed customer may have missed. I'm not a geek, but I could see on his screen where warranty was not an option entry -- Depending on your company's software, it appears either you or Honda's program may be soliciting extra $$ from your customers. Not good. Figure it out. You're not helping your tech's maintain a straight face to your customers.
