My appointment was at 1:00. I arrived early. I was told that they were behind prior, but now they were caught up and that it should be no longer than an hour and 15 minutes or so. At the hour mark, I was told it would be another hour! I had to cancel a 3:00 appointment that I had. I get that things can get behind, but I was told they were caught up. If they were short staffed, maybe they need to call for back up. Not good to keep customers waiting. Also, when I got into my car, there were oil marks on middle console, door panel and steering wheel. Did not feel like a 5 star experience. Sorry????
