45 minute wait for the shuttle in the morning made me late for work. Shuttle wasn’t called apparently. Bill higher than estimate, awkward attempts at conversation and after having the car all day, the bill wasn’t ready and the car was still in the back lot. My time is valuable and I didn’t appreciate waiting.

I arrived at Honda at 9:55 for a 10:00 appointment. I didn’t speak to someone until 10:20, hence delaying my appointment by 20 min. I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for my devices to be done. After that the technicians didn’t reset my minder, so I had to turn around and come back. Every time I’ve come to drop my car off, I always have to wait an extended period of time to speak to a service rep.
