Austin was AWESOME. Personable, thorough, kind and knowledgeable. He was so great. The rest of the experience- the other people you have to talk to when you call the general honda phone number- who don’t seem very helpful, aware, knowledgeable of where the car even is let alone what service needs to be done are very frustrating and concerning. It’s so disorganized and chaotic everytime we call the service area. But Austin himself was five star.
