Vehicle was brought in for rear brake service, but technician initially said it was front brake service, luckily it was confirmed before doing work. During service for only brakes the oil life display was reset, so the indications on the display now no longer match the actual service interval.

I was satisfied with the fact that I was able to get in and get the service I needed, but I think it’s ridiculous that the service department was so short-staffed. Only having 2 people working all day on a Sunday is crazy. Those poor guys don’t even get to take a break and, quite often had a lineup of 5 people or more waiting to either drop off their cars or pay for the services provided. I ended up spending over 30 minutes just standing around waiting to be helped. Honestly, I felt bad for them. There should be more people working on weekends.
