Everyone was very professional. I do have one question though. My dash says “oil life 100%” which is lovely and good to know, but I’d really rather have it the way it was (temperature, mileage etc). How do I go about that? Thank you!

This was only my second visit and the first time my hood was left open and I had to pull over to close it before the freeway. I sent this in after the appointment. I wrote earlier. The low tire pressure warning came on during my drive home. When I arrived home, my gauge showed all tires at 26psi. Either your shops gauge is faulty, or the technician forgot to reset the calibration after re-adjusting tire pressures.
