Andrew was an incredible receptive, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made sure we were informed every step of the process. Especially considering that we were in a different state, 450 miles away from home and nervous about the possible major problems with the car, between the technicians in the back to Andrew making sure we know what was going on the entire time, we felt comfortable and happy to give our time and money to West Hills. I was considering doing the fairly simple ignition coil swap on my own, but Andrew was an incredible amount of help that it was a fairly simple decision to just let West Hills provide the service. Bottom line, his service which excelled every expectation we had, WAS the deciding factor in giving our business to Andrew.
