Service was great. Staff friendly Shuttle service super helpful. Courtesy vacuum could be more thorough. Would be nice if Sunday appt had lounge open and that car wash was open as I do not live in area.

Major difficulty getting a call back on car status. After 3 calls I refused to get off until someone would give the status and waited 30 mins. Techs told me they received a new ballast that was defective, but later discovered it was the relay. I asked if that expensive new ballast & igniter were necessary and I was told yes. I questioned it then & even more after some simple research. My guess - Honda did not want to eat the cost of these two items. I was not charged for the relay, but my guess is that it is a fraction of the cost of the other two items. I would appreciate some investigation & a refund if they were not necessary. My 200 hours of labor jumped to 800 during this process, obviously paying for their learning experience. I am on S.S. & this cost over 3 months of my S.S. If I am correct that these were not needed, this is an egregious act on your part.

The delays in returning my car to me were unacceptable. I was not contacted. I was made to wait an additional 10 minutes while she did paperwork for another vehicle. This despite my being the only customer present with three customer service people there. I over heard another service rep tell a customer that the service department takes lunch from 12-1. That meant my car sat for 30 minutes before I came to check on it. It should not take 2 hours 15 minutes to get my oil changed
