The service was good but it took too long just to get my Oil changed and turned into another service for Transmission fluid changed. I was expecting to be out of the service department before 3 pm so I can pick up my son from school. I agreed for additional transmission fluid service because Austin said that it should be done by 3 pm. Well, it didn’t. I have to call around to see who can pick up my son and called the school to let them know that I’ll be late. So, I finally requested to get a loaner car and the manager Mike S. was kind and quick to send me to the rental car department. I got a loaner car and the service department were kind to cover the cost of rental car. I understand that Austin is new to the Department and I have nothing bad to say about him. He was polite and professional. We all have to start somewhere. So I am still one of your loyal customer. Merry Christmas!

The price had to be adjusted by Patrick after Cameron left because I was double charged on sensor price. Also, I was NOT advised I could replace all 4 tire sensors now and save money in long run, since doing them individually will cost more and the batteries in the other 3 will most like die soon.

I found a lot of oil/grease on the fender of my car when it was done. I pointed it out to the sales man and he rushed to clean it off. At this point I had a lot of thing to do that day and this was not impressive. The counter persons professionalism we top notch from the very start. He was very welcoming and showed urgency to get me processed to get me on my way. Disappoint in the mess on my car but very very impressed with the customer service.
