Patrick was great, thorough, excellent customer service - but I was not told in advance when I scheduled my appointment that I was either due for a 30,000 mile service or that I could get a free rental car. Patrick explained that but the scheduler didn’t, and had I known it would have saved me a great deal of inconvenience logistically. A co-worker of mine was inconvenienced too in having to drive me, and another co-worker drove me back there in the afternoon.
