All work performed was done good, just a suggestion some of the recommended stuff I did myself, windshield wipers only cost 30 dollars, cabin air filter 20 dollars, license plate bulb 5 dollars, the quoted prices for your dealership was ridiclous

The advisor tried to up sell us for service and even went as far as to tell us if we didn’t replace our tires we could be pulled over and forced to park our car. Not happy with the overall service and your coffee stand at Toyota **** as far as customer service goes. I ordered my drink and went to the rest room and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. My husband waited in the wait area and when I came back out the drink was not ready and she had helped an additional 5 guests and did not complete my drink until I went back to the counter for it. I won’t ever come back if it isn’t Austin taking care of my car.
