Customer service was good, but my scheduled maintenance took over 3 hours for work that should have taken 1.5 hours max.

When I went out to my car it was parked so close to another car I couldn’t get in from the driver side and the sunroof was open and it was raining I was running late to work so I just called on my way to ask why but you guys said there’s no one in charge that I’m on Sunday’s so I’ll have to call another time.thats pretty bad service

It was a long day of waiting for our car to be accessed and then complete the job. We didn’t hear back for the service assistant so we had to call around 2pm to get the assessment. Then it took another 5 hours in order to complete which had we gotten that call by 11am as promised we may of gotten done by 4pm not 7pm. He apologized for the incident but we felt someone should of called if he couldn’t of. The problem seems fixed but now our service engine light is on.....

No need to contact me. My dissatisfaction comes from two points: I was not anticipating a 2.5hr wait on my appointment and the service department didn't address the issues with my HDMI and Ventilation (two of the three services requested). Better communications and scheduling would improve my experience.
