Long story but will give a brief summary, They replaced a part that cost me 2000.00 and it wasn't even the problem, brought car back and spent another 1200.00 to fix and yet they did not complete my car. They said I turned down a fuel injection cleaning which we never even talked about, I told them to do everything that was needed for the 120,000 mile check up, my daughter went to pick up the car, was handed a receipt saying I turned down the cleaning and also she drove out with yet another light on for her tire pressure monitoring system. I've spent so much money here for what? Your suppose to be professionals. I take my car here so backyard mechanics don't diagnose wrongly and hence I'm not paying for crap that I didn't need to begin with. How is any kid that's 20 suppose to afford repairs like this? I've been around long enough that I can say they mis-diagnoised the problem to begin with. I just wish I would have kept the old parts to prove this but it is what it is now. I'm more upset that they did not finish what they started and feel they didn't have time to service the car properly. I'm the father and I'm worrking in California so I can't really do anything to help. I'm just really upset, 3200.00 later, it should leave there in correct running order.
