austin is absolutely awesome! the front camera went out on my husbands car and i had to wait a few days for the parts to come in. i came back in maybe a week later due to hitting a deer and the place i got the car repaired at communicated with austin about the situation. austin was absolutely helpful when i came back to get the camera installed. he got me in right away and made sure i was 100% taken care of!

Austin did the best he could but the dealership failed to let me know during the parts calls that I needed To pick up the headlight part that came in for me within 30days. The service guys told me they will hold the headlight until my next services. Took my car in today and they said the part was shipped back. This is extremely frustrating due to the service appointment I even scheduled over the phone that the headlight is needed to be installed and that My parts were waiting, she never said they weren’t. Terrible communications all across the board. I’ve had plenty of upsetting trips to Honda over the years and some really great ones by people who were not working day of or do not seem preset. Honda did cover the rental due to the fact if I had Known the part wasn’t available I wouldn’t have asked for a rental during the 3-4 hours work needed
