Was upset by surprise of pricing. I was not fully informed ahead of time of cost when I agreed to 130,000mile service and did not have the money to pay a surprised $650. The agent asked me if I wanted 30,000mile service and when asked what that is he simply said it included tire rotation, check of all fluids, and checking filters. I thought these were included in price of oil change as they are over at Kia service with my other car, and they come to me if anything needs changed. But when came time to pay, I found out that the 30,000mile service included auto change of everything, not just a checked if they needed it. Just felt like the explaination of 30,000mile service was purposefully vague ahead of time, just to get my money.

It was a simple oil change, but I felt you guys did a great job and also handled the car inspection very well. The $75 3 oil change is fantastic.

Jeep dealer was unable to provide the part needed to repair my Jeep. Said part was no longer available. So what am I supposed to do now??? I cannot afford a new vehicle. My Jeep only has 125,000 miles on it. This outcome is just not right!!!

My original service appointment was for 8:15 am on Saturday. Mid week I received a cancellation notice. When I call to confirm, was told that my time slot was filled and I had to reschedule for 9:15. Frustrating, but not a big deal. But when I arrived noticed I was still on the service schedule for 8:15 so could have come earlier. Very confusing. The biggest frustration came when I got an update on my roof rail install. I was there at 9:15 and at about 10:30, I was informed that there were no roof rails in stock so I would have to come back. Why would I not have been notified not to come in the first place, or notified at the time when I checked in that the parts were not available. Losing two hours of a holiday weekend was very frustrating. I had to hurry back home to get a child to the doctor or I would have stayed around longer to talk to a manager about my experience but clearly am frustrated with the overall experience.

I was told my car would be serviced in one hour. After nearly 2 hours I asked if my car was serviced yet. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to complete. I came from Sequim which is over an hour away. That service call consumed most of my day. I expected more because I have always had good results with Honda's service centers.
