Cameron saved me and your company a potentially serious problem. He walked me to my vehicle after oil change to make sure everything was in order and...it wasn’t. The hood was not closed and could not close. Upon further inspection, my vehicle’s oil cap was broken and not on! Oh my God! That could have been bad. Very bad. He called a tech to go fetch a new cap and made sure to get me on my way safely.
I’ve had MANY problems like this with your techs. Are you not able to find good employees because you’re not paying them enough? Something is up. That has been the case for several years. Not trustworthy service in back of house.

Cameron was extremely helpful. He told me that as your cafe was closed on Sundays I could just go up to Toyota cafe. I enjoyed a nice lunch and my free drink while waiting for my car. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car was vacuumed.

Twice now I’ve been asked wether I have paid for my service contract, and that finance department had no record of this. I showed the service department the receipt of contract and paid in full effective June of 2018, this is a little disturbing. They also had me on record last year as still having an active lease when the vehicle was paid in full in 2016, I know that matter has been cleared up but it just seems their should be checks and balances during each year end audits
