The process of getting wheels repaired is flawed and unclear to both customer and representative. I have responded in the past on this issue and nothing has been done to fix or at least respond to my complaint. Is the customer to take pictures of damaged wheels and send them to the insurance company for their permission to repair before I come in for service? That was suggested by some. No one seems to understand or even care about this. The representative was new and very kind and caring.

battery change out and a new Alternator have stoped the electrical glitches. there must still be a gost electric drain some where in the system. looking forward to the next diagnostic.

There was virtually NO wait time when I arrived. Brett let me know I was near my 15,000 mile recommended service. I told him I did not have two hours to wait—my 4 year old grandson expected me at noon. Brett made a phone call and told me the entire service could be accomplished in 60 minutes. I calculated a realistic completion time of 80 minutes.
Brett found me in the upstairs “office “ 55 minutes later (I’d left my iphone at home) letting me know my car was ready!
Kudos to Brett and the service crew. They went above and beyond today, saved me a trip back within the next few weeks, and permitted me to pick up West on Bainbridge Island by 12:30 (I stopped briefly in Silverdale!).

Happy with everything but maybe as a suggestion to consider. People like me who bring there kids/baby’s with them to get oil changes everyone is so nice but once service is done and I’m trying to get my stroller and baby into my car it is very hard to do when you park them in such tight spaces. Maybe you can offer to pull the car out for parents so it’s easier to load up and go. I know you guys are busy so it’s just something to take into a consideration. Thank you!

My tire pressure sensor says 'low tire pressure' when all ties are at correct pressure. I'm an engineer, and know generic warnings (not left front tire, but 'some tire') are hard to diagnose and trace.
Cameron was polite, professional, and thorough, and dedicated considerable time and effort to resolve the problem.
