I don't appreciate being lied to about the services that are "needed" on my car because there is supposedly no report of it ever being done. Yet my husband was able to find it on our reports from when we bought the car. Stop being so money hungry.

I brought my car in for service and also mentioned that my Android Auto is really buggy and asked if they could look into it. When I picked up the car, he went over all the service complete and didn't mention anything about AA. I asked about it, and it seemed to me like he forgot to mention it to the technician (but I could be wrong). He responded by saying that everything looked fine, but I didn't see on the invoice that anyone actually looked at it. Not sure if that is standard, or if it was just never addressed.
Also, minor point but super annoying- why does someone always turn off my "auto" lights when I bring it in? I was driving home tonight from work and didn't realize my lights were off. Seems unnecessary to adjust this control. Or if they do for some reason, why can't they turn it back to auto when they're done?

Andrew was very kind and professional. This was my 3rd visit to your service department and by far the best experience to date. Andrew kept me posted with status updates and answered all of my questions. When the job was done he walked me to my car and made sure everything was perfect. Great customer service. It just seems to take a very long time with an appointment. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago on a Friday as I took half a day off, but was told there was no way they could fit me in and if I made an am appointment, there would be no way they could shuttle me to work and be on time by 8am. I work off of Newberry Hill. Just after a long day at work and to have to wait close to 2 hours seemed like a very long time. I understand you are busy and in the future would prefer if I can get a ride to work in the morning and you can have all day to change the oil and pick me up at the end of the day? Thanks!

Westhills establishment has always been wonderful at explaining what service needs to be done and they always do a good job so for many years we have enjoyed taking our business to them including good mechanics that know their job.although the service rep Austin fell very short of good customer service in every way, pushing off his paperwork on his qualified coworkers, no followup on completion of work,lack of knowledge of paperwork,then more then 2 hrs after home calling and notifying us of incorrect billing on his part. Hazelwood would have let him go in nothing flat. Sorry to send this long comment in, but your establishment deserves better.
