The service I received was friendly, thorough, and done in a timely manner. My frustration is about WHH policy not including a tire rotation with their complimentary first time service. I purchased the service package when I bought the car and I’m leaving for work out of state. This complimentary service has now become an inconvenience for me. I would have gladly used one of my purchased services had I known a tire rotation was not included. I’ve purchased two vehicles within two years from you guys. I explained my work related situation to the service desk and want even offered or told this was not included. Even though it’s essentially brand new, I wanted everything taken care of to keep my Civic in good shape. If WHH is extending a complimentary service, rotate the tires as well, or at least mention you’re not going to.
