Always treated well there. I would like to bring to your attention our pickup experience. We were delivered to the service office by the rental car shuttle and when we came in there were 3 service advisors only one of which was engaged with a customer. We stood there for 3-4 minutes before the engaged agent said he’d be with us soon. Never once did the other two advisors acknowledge us. Brett finally came in and immediately took care of us. I think we should have at least been recognized when we arrived...it was kind of weird to just stand there and not have anyone say anything.
