Austin is the only guy I go to for any car problems. He never lies to me and try to take more money from me. He is always very honest when it comes to what’s wrong with my car and the prices. Thank you for working at Honda and I hope you stay there forever!

I have one comment about the process used by West Hills Honda. I have been to other dealerships where the customer just gets keys from the cashier instead of service. I realize you are trying to build customer relationships with the service dept but when all advisers are busy there can be a wait to close out the paperwork.
