I had an appointment at 0845 in the morning on Saturday.
I asked how long will it take the rep. Told me "1/2 day or till the end of the day."
So at the end of the day I called and the rep. Asked me "can we keep until tomorrow (Sunday)" i said ok Sunday.
i started calling around noon the reps wouldn't answer my call I left urgency once and no reply.
1540 on Sunday the rep. Calls and said they still haven't worked on the car. I told him I needed the car back so he got me a rental for Monday.
The rental agent told me I get the car for 24 hours. Monday after work I called the rep. To ask about my rental and No answer. I called again around 1600 no answer. At 1645 I recieved a phone call about my car saying it is done.
I returned the car get to the shop at 1710 and the is 1 rep.. there a couple walked in just before me and was being helped. 5 minutes go bye and an older gentleman walks in. The rep. Finishes with the couple and asks the older gentleman next. I waited another 10 minutes for the rep. To help me. The 1st thing he says is it's "Monday night football we let everybody else go for the night."
Sorry for your wait what can I do for you? So I told him that I wad frustrated because of No communication. He apologized again.
What would you do or say if you had an appointment and your car isn't ready for 3 days. And on Mondays people leave because of football.
What should you want? How would you handle it?

Excellent experience. Sure spent a lot more money than I anticipated, but even with that unpleasant fact, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism and service. We just moved to the Pacific Northwest, and had a much better experience than what we experienced at our Honda dealership in Salt Lake City!

Brett was super amazing. There was an issue with a recommendation for a new cabin filter which Brett handled very professional. I had just replaced it 2 days prior yet the tech said I should get a new one as it was dirty. Brett totally owned the issue and resolved it very professional.
