Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, recall work, and two warranty issues. Opted to rent a car because of the length of time it would take to get everything done. Called at 5 and was told parts for one warranty fix would be in the next day and the other need to be researched further and that I could have the rental one extra day. Waited until 2 the next day to call for an update but only got the advisors voicemail as well as spoke to someone in service who said they would get the advisor a message and he would call back in an hour. Because of the rental and not hearing anything back, I left work early (in Seattle) and got to the dealership at 5. Come to find the advisor was not working and no one knew about my car. Determined I could take the car because waiting on warranty parts. I appreciated the advisor who did help me and getting me going ASAP. Help me understand how something like could happen and why I shouldn’t go somewhere else? I’ve been coming here with 4 different vehicles over a long period of time and am completely frustrated.

I am back in the West Hills Honda waiting room, to have the electrical issue resolved. It is now October 19th, this problem started in September. I can't keep coming back to the service center to address the same problem over and over. The lack of loaner cars is also an issue, I can't spend half a day of my valuable weekend time in the waiting area. In other words, I am not a happy customer.
