after i left, two of my tires were low on pressure by 5 and 7 psi. after the maintenance check was done and this was missed, I wonder how thorough of a job was done. however service was done is a timely manner and staff was friendly and helpful

One service writer was not enough on Sunday. It took me at least 15 minutes to check in and more than 20 minutes to get checked out after "I" noted my car sitting in the lot and went to the service writer area to get my car. The service writer didn't even know it was done nor had he time to take me out to the car as is usually the practice I have seen. Service writer was having difficulty with his PC and was beating on the keyboard with keys flying around. This so totally unprofessional and not helpful to make the PC work better. At one point he finally called for IT help but then the PC started working while he wa on the call. Another person who was passing thru, he seemed to be a service writer, he asked me if I'd been helped but he did not stick around to help when I told him of some of the issues (nice to ask but how about doing something about the issue...). Why wasn't the service manager called or otherwise there to help during the peak trouble time? I would like to speak to the service manager when it is convenient, also since I was in there to have fixed a problem that arose as a direct result of the service I had had done earlier that week(my transmission wasn't filled properly, 1/2qt low by reports). I'd like to know that your dealership respects the time I had to spend unnecessarily for a second trip to your shop and compensate me for my time getting YOUR issue fixed. I shouldn't have to be asking for this it should be automatic...

Cameron was great. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing that the snack bar is closed prior to coming. Had I have known I could have brought my own coffee. There was no way or place to get away from the loud rap music in the main bldg. Too bad you don't have a quiet area that someone could wait without listening to overhead music!
