Excellent customer service. This will be our new Honda to go place. We bought our cross tour in Renton so have been returning there for service. They also provide great customer service. Thought we’d try West Hills Honda inasmuch much as it is much closer to us in a Gig Harbor. We definitely will be returning. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I asked for a quote to replace my key and remote. This was not provided. I asked for my tires to be rotated. They were not. I dropped my car off on Saturday morning for the airbag recall fix. Austin let me know of some other suggested repairs. I went ahead with the axle seal repair and requested the tire rotation. He informed me I would need to pick up my vehicle on Sunday instead of Saturday. I called three times on Sunday. Austin didn’t answer his line, so at 1:00 I called the main service line. I was told they didn’t know what time my car would be ready, and would call back in 10-15 minutes. I never received a call. At 4:01pm (so, 1 minute after closing), I received a text “invitation to pay.” Thankfully my husband was able to work from home today, or he wouldn’t have had a way to get to work. Today we still never got a call, so we just went in and picked up the car. Now we have to find somewhere else and some other time to get our tires rotated and fix our key and remote.

Said they checked all the fluids and my window washing fluid was totally empty. Makes me concerned about all the rest of the checks that were Suppose to have been checked!
