I can always trust Brett to offer good service and help me know what’s best to take care of my car or any issues with it. He’s about the only familiar face remaining in the service department. That worries me. As long as he’s there, though, I’m confident in taking my car in.

Austin was honest with what needed to be done. He assisted us in a complementary drink along with finding the children’s play area for my son to enjoy for the wait period. After paying for the services, Austin parked the car under the service roof so I didn’t have to strap my son in the car in the rain. It was very kind and thoughtful.

Cameron was fine. We received an email saying grill and keys were ready for pick up and called and schedule this appointment based on this email. Neither key nor grill were there. License plates were installed but the rear plate was installed on the front. I was there for 2 hours with a 40 minute drive to get there each way. The visit was this long bc of a software recall update I don’t think I was made aware of.

Misinformation brought us in, then facing unexpected cost due failed battery caused by a known issue re: parasitic battery drain (just a few thousand miles over warranty), but Darryl was able to work it out where out expense was minimal. We appreciate that he went the extra mile!

He delivered excellent service. Scheduling the appointment posed challenges I have already discussed it with the department as I called every week to get appointment and spoke to someone each time. Took a month to get appointment only to be told they were trying to get a hold of me. Which I was not told about every week I called.

Been filling these out for years! And nothing ever gets improved. Austin was great! Cannot blame him for your techs taking 2 hrs to accomplish a basic oil change! Excuse that it is Saturday and it’s the most busiest day is NOT an excuse anymore! We need improvements not excuses! Hire more techs, hire more customer service reps, etc! You are slowly losing your customers( including myself) to other companies! Get your organization improved and quit the excuses! There is a reason why the customers take time to fill these out, but ignoring us is not the remedy!

I got charge $150+ for "diagnoaing" a problem that you have already fixed and apparently it wasn't "fixed". Last time the entire stereo was replaced, this time was just a software update to fix it?!? I'm not convinced and I am far from satisfied. Also, I was told to wedge something between the window and the back speaker platform to prevent the speakers from sounding like they are blown, how about you fix a factory default! I think that if your service department fixes a problem and it comes back, they should fix it again at their cost, not at the customers, and don t get away with charging a "diagnostic" fee, that's bs. I feel as though Honda should hear about this.
