The young man that assisted me in the service dept was professional and polite. There were a number of customers in the office. I watched him asses the room, Instead of him choosing who he would assist, he said "who is next" those three words made all the difference in the world, Needless to say, I was next. One thing: I was surprised at the final Tally. I was quote the price to replace the starter (plus tax) so I figured around $990. No mention of how much it would cost to investigate ($130) plus mysterious "shop fees" - whatever that is - plus tax. So what I figured was short by about $170. I gladly paid because it was important. I just don't like surprises.

Lazy workmanship, they checked my cabin filter and neglected to put the stoppers that hold the glovebox in, so when I opened the glovebox to put the paperwork in the whole glovebox fell and emptied the contents onto the floor of my car. It's this type of lazy workmanship that causes me to NOT trust West Hills Honda to work on my vehicle. Fortunately, I've replaced the cabin filter myself and know how to put the stoppers in place. I also find it interesting that after having my vehicle in for the recall, that my key will no longer fit in the lock on the driver's door.
