I had A sudden problem with my Honda Civic, the first time the car broke down ever. I had the car towed to the dealership while I was waiting for the tow truck, I called ahead and everyone was most accommodating. This is the first time I ever needed an emergency appointment in the first time I was not able to make an appointment In advance. Jarret.
