You have to do something about the crowded conditions when going for service. Everywhere else you are encouraged to arrive early, at West Hills Honda you get fussed at if you show up 15 minutes before your appointment. Not professional

Check-in, test drive, and initial coordination were great. Follow-up communication was lacking. Estimated contact times were not met and I had to call hours later on both days to get info re: findings and repair status. Direct line did not go to voicemail, but instead just kept ringing the several times I was unable to reach rep.

Darryl went above and beyond to take care of me and my car! I appreciate his swift action and creative thinking that took care of a tire with a nail in it needing to be replaced.
I arrived without an appointment after a low tire pressure warning popped up on my dashboard. Darryl took care of me quickly and had me back on the road in no time at all.
