Only one lapse was of concern. I have an account with you folks since 2005 and I get a notice of points monthly online. I was surprised that after he told me the total cost, i had to tell him of my account points which I wanted to apply here. I wondered why this was not seen when he brought up my account and why I had to tell him of it. I brought in a senior coupon in hard copy as well.

There was only 1 person at the service desk and 6 people waiting to get checked in/out. It took over 30 minutes to get the car. Also when my husband called to see if our car was ready he was put on hold somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes
