Had an 11AM appt for oil change, was told when I made it, it took 45 min at most. Upon arrival, the person helping me reported they were behind and quoted the expected duration at 1 hr 20 min. After waiting 1 hour 40 min, the person helping me came to report they had not started on my car yet, but now had a space for it and it would take approximately 30 min. Very frustrating that appt wasn’t rescheduled initially or at least offered before waiting almost 2 hours. 100% the reason I get all other service that is not prepaid by my package at purchase somewhere else!

When a customer enters the Service Iffice they should be acknowledged not ignored. All agents were busy. Some with customers some doing whatever. A simple "we will be with you shortly" would go a long way to make a customer feel like they are aware we are there.
