Although our service was estimated to be an hour and took 1.5 hours, my family and I were satisfied at how you and your team treated us. My kids loved being treated to smoothies and a colleague of yours, noticing that things were taking a bit longer than expected, came by to check in with us and asked if we wanted another beverage. It was nice to be treated as human beings whose time is valued. It may have been a small gesture of concern and hospitality, but it made a big impression on us.
