I was told that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. It was ready three hours later. We were not offered drink vouchers. My car was not vacuumed out. Extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend West Hills Honda. It’s sad. Is there any entity that has customer service anymore?

I just typed in my comment and think it was erased in error. Basically, I will try to repeat how I am always impressed with the Service Department at West Hills Honda from good food, Lattes, comfortable waiting areas, and most importantly the agents coordinating my visit. Austin Almaden was immediately at my car as I drove up to the service center to start the check in process. From beginning to end I felt confident that I was getting quality service.
My husband wishes he got the same standard of service from the Dodge dealership there in West Hills complex.
