Went in for an oil change. Showed up on time. It was supposed to take 75 minutes I was told. It took in excess of 2.5 hours and was told I was still waiting because they hadn't had a chance to do up my paperwork. I waited inside the dealership while a women with 2 babies let her children scream incessantly while everyone else inside the dealership suffered. She showed up probably 45 minutes after me and got her car back first. As did 2 other people who came in after me.

The service advisor is a good guy. The problem is with the technical issues. Also the amount charged for routine work is way to high. I’m not paying to keep the lights on along with the fancy store front. You get charged all this labor for a job that may take 15 minutes while you car sits idle in the parking lot for the rest of the hour. My car came back in the same condition I left it. Whoever vacuumed it did a half **** job. I have not been very impressed with West Hills Honda Service Department. I want to buy a new Honda Civic but I will go to another dealership even if I have to cross the bridge just to work with a better service department. Thank You
