The service was professional but it was discouraging when I purchased Honda replacement wipers and the service department wanted to charge an additional fee to install the wiper blades. When you own 3 Honda's and have all your service done at West Hills it seemed a little petty to charge $12.00 for the five minutes to install wiper blades.

Cameron did a great job. The only thing i wasnt happy about was waiting for shuttle service to take me home. It took an hour before o got picked up from Honda to take me home.
The shuttle service person called me and said that he was outside my house which i needed a ride from HONDA to HOME.
not HOME to HONDA.
Then also noticed while driving there was this plastic part on the bottom of the car that was dragging. Had to stop driving twice to check what that was.
Its the lower bumper plastic on the bottom. ot was dragging.
As of now not sure what to do with that. So it was my first experience at HONDA and it wasnt a good ine besides that Cameron was nice.
I can say that servicing my TOYOTA 4RUNNER at Haselwood is always been great.
