I called the manager of the dealership after I left the service department and went to Costco. Unbeknownst to me, because I wasn’t asked, would have replaced the valve stem (which I was told was not part of the tire system by Andrew) for no charge under my warranty. Had I been told this by Andrew, I would not have incurred a $250.00 charge. I don’t think this was intentional on Andrews part, but customers do not have the same information about cars as West Hills Honda, and this should have been discussed. Thank you.
